Concrete orgy when foam strip club became office hotel.
Two young talents in architecture and sound, Per & Toki, had a dream of an office and studio environment that felt like their own & they realized this in the Studioverket. The premises had previously housed the infamous club “Blue Star”. The concrete manufacturer, Butong, was hired to implement Studioverket’s concept “a cohesive diversity” by using butong’s special casting process. New objects were manufactured and older castings were adapted for their basement premises in the lively Stureplan quarters.
